Thetechnologyof"desulphurizedslurryflashheatextraction"usesdesulphurizedslurryflashtoextracttheheatfromthedesulphurizedfluegas,andthenrecoverstheheatthroughthesteamabsorptionheatpumpunit.Undertheconditionofnotaffectingtheoperationoftheoriginalsystem,notincreasingtheloadoftheinduceddraftfan,andnotaffectingthebalanceofdesulphurizedwater,thecoalconsumptionofasingleunitduringtheheatingperiodcanbereducedbynolessthan4.0gramsperKWH.
Itisestimatedthataheatingseasoncanincreasetheheatingincomeofmorethan20millionyuan,savemorethan22,000tonsofstandardcoal,andreducecarbondioxidebymorethan60,000tons,notonlytheenergysavingandconsumptionreductionisveryconsiderable,butalsocaneffectivelyimprovethedesulfurizationanddustremovaleffect.
